[BHS Etree] ADMIN: 3nd call for summer mailing NEXT WEEK (Aug. 1 and 2)

THE massive (and, yes, even fun) Summer Mailing is almost upon us. On
Wednesday and Thursday, August 1 and 2, we will be collating, labeling and
stuffing thousands of sheets of paper.  We will run the show from 8:30 to 5
on Wednesday and 8:30 until we finish on Thursday. You can volunteer for
all day or as little as 15 minutes but whenever you show up, you will be
needed and welcomed. If you can come, please let me know at
jhuseby at pacbell.net. Parents, students, visitors, everyone welcome!

I THINK the mailing will take place in the library but (depending on the
summer cleaning schedule) it may be elsewhere.  I will post the venue on
the etree and the front door of the Admin Building. Also, for the mailing
you may park in the teachers' lots located on Milvia across from the
school.
