Dear proctors (and potential proctors),
Below you will find the current AP/IB proctoring schedule with TIMES. If you have already volunteered for one or two slots , please scan the schedule to make sure I have not made a mistake and put you in the wrong SLOT. I have been known to make mistakes so please check carefully. If you have not yet taken a proctoring spot, the open ones are noted. At the bottom of this email you will find general instructions from me. In separate emails, I will post specific AP instructions and IB instructions.
Times: AP tests are either 7:30 a.m. or 11:45 a.m. IB tests are 7:45 a.m. or 11:45 a.m. Afternoon extended time proctors should come in at 11:30 a.m. These are the times for proctors, not students. Proctors come before the students so as to figure out what to do. For instance, for the morning AP tests, students are asked to come in at 7:40. That only gives proctors 10 minutes to figure out what to do, please do not be late.
Venues: I do not yet know the venues even though the exams start this week. I will station myself in front of the Jacket Gym (newest gym) to direct proctors to the appropriate venue at 7:25 and 7:40 in the morning. For afternoon exams, proctors, please come find me at the Front Desk in the Admin Building five minutes before you should report.

General Instructions (specific AP and IB instructions will follow in separate email)
Proctors should report directly to their designated venue. Until we post the venues, morning proctors should meet Janet in front of the Jacket Gym and afternoon proctors should meet her at the Front Desk in the Admin Building (corner of Allston Way and Milvia.)
Please look for Janet Huseby to sign in and get a volunteer badge.
Bring a sweater, some of the venues are chilly.
Bring something to read just in case but do not count on having time to read.
Parking. There is no on campus parking. Cars parked in the teachers lots without passes ARE towed. If you are unable to take public transit, walk or bike, there are paid lots in the downtown area or street parking west of Sacramento. (I am sorry, I wish I could give out passes but even substitute teachers do not get passes. )
