Free College Preparation Workshop conducted by UC Berkeley’s “People Test Preparation Service”
 
This two-hour workshop will be held on Saturday morning, February 11 from 10 AM to noon.
The workshop will be repeated on Saturday morning, February 18, from 10 AM to noon.

The workshop will be conducted by Cynthia Robey M.B.A, assisted by Raymond Barglow Ph.D., and will explain what students can do to plan for college.
 
Workshop topics include: creation of a college preparation plan, grades and other qualifications for admission, the Common App, application to a UC campus, application essays, teacher recommendations, application fees and fee waivers, financial aid, PSAT/SAT/ACT test prep, and college selection.

Cynthia M. Robey, MBA is a member of the UC Berkeley Freshman Reader’s Program and officially evaluates the applications of high school students seeking admission to UC Berkeley. Robey is also a certified counselor of college-bound high school students.
Raymond Barglow, Ph.D. is an SAT/ACT tutor and has taught at UC Berkeley and at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
