[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS - Third Call for EXIT EXAM help

On Feb. 7 and 8 -here before we know it-over 800 BHS 10th grade students
will be taking the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE).  We want the
exam to be calm and orderly. We want our students to pass this test round
one.  There will be teachers, counselors and administrators at the test but
we also need parent proctors to check students in, hand out tests, fresh
pencils, bathroom passes and to help sort the answer sheets and returned
tests.  

 

Students will be in several venues.  We are hoping to have a minimum of:

12 parent/guardian volunteers from 7:15 to 8:30

10 from 8:30 to 11:30

8 from noon to 3ish.

 

Many thanks to the people who have volunteered so far but we need more!

Tuesday

7:15 to 8:30
