PE WAIVER INFO

Fall Waivers
Please make sure to turn in your completed PE Wavier to the Attendance
Office by Friday, January 20th at 4:00. PLEASE NOTE: the waiver must be
signed by the same coach that wrote your letter. You do not need the
Assistant Principal section completed.

Spring Waivers

There is a new waiver form for the Spring year, old versions will not be
accepted and the new waivers will be passed out at the mandatory meetings
listed below.Students who intend on filing a waiver for the Spring semester
are required to attend one of the meetings:
January 24th from 1:00 to 1:30 in the Library OR
January 26th from 1:00 to 1:30 in the Library

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS please see Ms. James in the Attendance Office or
Vice Principal - Jorge Melgoza. Please DO NOT ask Counseling as they are no
longer involved in the PE Waiver process. Thank you!
