AGENDA for November 14 BAF Meeting:

1.	Intros and minutes
2.	Fundraising Workshop (20 minutes) SEE Description below. Bring your friends so all sports are represented!
3.	New website with social networking demo
4.	Reports: Treasurer, AD (update on construction?)
5.	Leadership -  Here is a draft list of volunteer jobs with descriptions, so you can pick out what you'd like to do in advance.

SPECIAL EVENT! MINI-FUNDRAISING WORKSHOP:  The BAF wants to help your team raise money. To that end, at the next BAF meeting, Nov. 14, 7-9 , in the Trainer's Room (formerly the AD's office), new BAF member Vicki Hammerstedt, will offer a 20 minute mini-workshop on grassroots fund-raising.  This Mini Fund-raising Workshop is geared to team parents and coaches.  Vicki will  provide a one-page plan that each team can customize and use to raise money for their own team’s needs. We’ll provide you with ideas for fund-raising activities that each team can take away and begin implementing immediately. We’ll give you the tools to organize your team’s fund-raising efforts and put the Fun back into fund-raising.  All teams are encouraged to send a representative to this workshop and to begin the dialog with the other team parents about the team’s needs and support to make the Berkeley High Athletics program a success for all student athletes.
