The Y-Scholars Program, a free after-school college preparatory program,
is currently looking for high school students in all grade levels.
Participants in Y-Scholars are primarily first-generation college-bound
students who want to pursue a college education. The Y-Scholars Program
collaborates with Berkeley High and community organizations to provide a
range of services including:

 

*	Weekly college/career/life skills workshops
*	SAT preparation
*	Individual college counseling and preparation
*	College tours
*	After-school academic tutoring
*	Monthly social activities and events
*	One-on-one mentoring
*	Opportunities to participate in summer programs, internships,
jobs, and more
