Today at noon we hauled 58 sacks of mail to the Berkeley Post Office.
Please watch your mailbox for the large white envelope.  In it, you will
find the following items:

Registration directions; Jacket Subscription form; Safety Committee flyer;
Bell Schedule and Map; Health Center Information; TDAP Info; Athletic
Registration; Athletic Fund Information; BESP/SSC Information; PTSA
information; Principal's letter; School Picture forms; etree/calendar;
Welcome to BHS; Parent Resource Information; College and Career Center
letter; Registration in Spanish; Technology; and E-scrip.  

One mistake: Many sharp eyes noted that in the Registration letter we ask
10th-11th grade students to report at the time indicated on the envelope.
No time is indicated on the envelope.  We will put out a registration
schedule on the etree.

Many many thanks to the 116 volunteers who showed up to label, collate,
copy, stuff, count, haul, and help in immeasurable ways.  The spirt of
Berkeley High is strong and impressive .  You were/are all wonderful! 

For those who missed the mailing--or came to the mailing and had such a good
time you are willing to help again--registration August 22-26 is almost
here.  I am looking for people who can volunteer for a morning or afternoon
shift, Monday through Friday.  If you want to be part of  the action, meet
interesting people and help your wonderful community school, please let me
know morning or afternoon and what day.  Write to me at jhuseby at pacbell.net
