Join us at the YMCA-PG&E Teen Center as Oakland Children's Hospital
facilitates a FREE athletic workshop about "Athlete Nutrition & Hydration
Tips." The workshop will take place at the Teen Center located at 2111
Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Berkeley on Monday, August 22nd from
4:00-5:00pm. 

 

Learn about common sense nutrition tips for athletes, coaches and parents;
what foods give you energy and what food will help you build muscle; and
also learn what foods to eat before and after games.
