[BHS Etree] ADMIN - Incident on Shattuck

[BHS etree]

Dear BHS Families:

 

At about 12:00 noon today a BHS student was robbed on Shattuck near
Channing.  The incident was witnessed by two other BHS students. All
students involved reported that a weapon was flashed during the incident.
All three students returned to campus without injury and are currently
providing statements to Berkeley Police officers and BHS administrators.  

 

We are not on lockdown, but the campus is secure. BPD is actively looking
for two suspects and the BHS administration is cooperating and supporting
Berkeley PD as the investigation continues. 

 

I will provide further information as it becomes available.
