Berkeley Special Education Parent Network (BSPED) is a family-driven,
grassroots coalition of parents and community advocates committed to
improving 
education for students with disabilities. BSPED believes that meaningful
educational
benefit, appreciation of diverse abilities, and a clear assurance of
belonging to our 
educational community must be every child's experience.
