Cultural Homestay International has a current BHS 11th grade exchange
student from Spain who is searching for a new host family.  She is a
strong student with a group of friends already at Berkeley High and she
will be here until June.  We are searching for a new host family in the
area (Oakland/Berkeley/etc.) so she will not have to change schools. She
is having to change host families for logistical reasons and not because
of any problems with the student or family.

Please contact Heather Downs, below, to learn more about this student and
the process of hosting. Since she is already here, we have the unique
opportunity for family and student to meet each other before making any
commitments. She has also completed the most difficult tasks of arriving,
getting settled in the country and developing her English skills, so the
transition should be easy for everyone.
