In addition to the SAT preparation classes announced in the College Bulletin
for Seniors (Tues/Weds, 3:45-5:45PM in Room D219), a local tutoring service
in North Berkeley is offering free PSAT/SAT Workshops especially for Juniors
and Seniors.  Details are below:

The Bay Area Tutoring Centers are offering free PSAT/SAT Workshops on:
  Saturday, September 25th 10am-5:30pm
  Saturday, December 4th 10am-5:30pm

Students will get a general introduction to the PSAT/SAT, including how the
tests are structured, timed and scored.  Instructors will also give an
overview of the content and problem solving strategies for each section of
the test. Students will complete practice problems in each section and
review the answers as a group. A one hour lunch break will be scheduled
during the course of the workshop.

At the end of the workshop, students will have an opportunity to sign up for
a free, full-length practice exam the following weekend.  This workshop is
recommended for Juniors and Seniors.
