ADMINISTRATION

*1. Graduation tickets are now on sale. D173 cash or money orders only. $15 each. Tickets are sold from 9-10 am, at lunch and after school. If you are on free and reduced lunch, please have your counselor sign a statement, to receive 5 tickets at the discount price of $5.

*2. Achievers will be on campus Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 12:30 - 3:00 pm in the quad. Pick up your caps and gowns.

*3. BART ticket orders for the month of June are here. Please come by the Parent Resource Center (D224) starting Monday June 14th to pick them up, as it is the last week of the school year. You can pick them up in D224 during lunch time ONLY.

*4. Please check tables in front of D224 (Parent Resource Center) during lunch starting on Monday June 14th for lost and found items. Anything not picked up by Wed. June 16 will be given to charity. Lunch time only. 

5. This is a reminder to all students that all remaining items in the lockers will be thrown away if they are in your locker after June 17. All items must go.

6. Yearbooks can be picked up at lunch and after school in H102B.

7. Summer PE waivers will be available in the counseling office beginning Monday, June 7th. Completed summer PE waivers must be returned into Vice-Principal Vernon Walton by June 18th. No Summer PE waivers will be accepted after the deadline of June 18th. Spring PE waivers are due June 17th.  Students who applied for a Spring PE waiver can pick up their waiver in the counseling office for a second coach/supervisor signature.

8. Looking for Leadership and Community Service next year? Contact Karen Meryash at kspivey at ix.netcom.com or call 510-303-3048. Mathworks is looking for coordinators and Lead Tutors.

9. Looking for a way to excite your community about parent leadership opportunities in BSEP, SSC (the new committee that replaces SGC next year), and the Safety Committee? For the most up-to-date, concise, and accurate information available, pick up "Be the Voice/Sea la Voz," a brochure created by members of these committees. A limited number of brochures are now at the front desk, with a full print run (photocopying) scheduled for July. For more info, please contact Janet Huseby or Belinda McDaniel.
