Fall sports start on Monday, August 16, 2010 and each athlete must have a completed physical and athletic packet to tryout.  
 
Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Center will be doing physicals on Saturday, August 14th for only $20 per athlete.  This is a great price for a comprehensive physical.  
 
When:  Saturday, August 14
Time:  9 am to 11 am
Cost:  $20.00
Appointments:  First come, first served
Where:  Children's Hosptial Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes, outpatient clinic, across from the hospital on 52nd Street.
