Congratulations to Berkeley's Girl Wrestlers for their performance at the
Vallejo Girl's Wrestling Tournament on Saturday. Seniors Miya Sommers and
Aida Marin both won 3 matches to capture gold medals and freshman Iris
Stegman started her wrestling career with a 3rd place bronze medal.

Also Senior Malcom Moody and Junior Ben Cerami started the season with
impressive results at the Bare Bones Tournament at John Swett High. Malcom
went 5-1 with 5 pins at 171 pounds and Ben finished 3-1 with 3 pins in the
heavyweight division.
