BHS Jazz musicians continued our program's long tradition of award-winning
performances at the December 5 Delta Jazz Festival in Stockton, California.
The Jazz Ensemble's Combo A (James Gillum, Nick Lamb, Jonah Levine, Elena
Pinderhughes, Erik Shiboski and James Small) won first prize in the combo
competition.

In addition, the following musicians won Outstanding Musicianship awards for
their work: Nick Lamb, Jonah Levine, Grant Milliken and Elena Pinderhughes
from the Ensemble; and Isaac Butler-Brown and Sam Klein-Markman from the Lab
II Band.
