The next meeting of the Berkeley High School Governance Council will take
place next Tuesday, October 13th from 4:15 - 6:00 and will be held in the
Community Theater Lobby.

Article IX
Adoption and Amendment of the Bylaws

To be adopted, these bylaws must receive a vote of approval of two-thirds of
the SSC and SGC members.  These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds
affirmative vote at any meeting with a quorum. Proposed changes in the
bylaws must be submitted in writing to the SGC members at least one week
prior to the meeting and be distributed to all members prior to the meeting
by the secretary.
