The last of the IB/AP testing is today.  It is time to step back and say THANK YOU.  Not only to all the proctors but to the literally thousands of volunteers that have generously supported our school with the most precious commodity of time.  The Administration invites all of you to drop in for coffee, sweet rolls, fresh berries and gratitude on Friday, June 5 anytime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. in conference room B in the Administration Building.

This invitation is directed to all of the following: Library workers, webmasters, tutors, Front Desk Volunteers, field trip chaperones, dance chaperones, team parents, college essay readers, tour guides, School Governance Representatives, BSEP members, fund raisers, newsletter mailers, and summer newsletter mailers, the wonderful trio that keeps our etree coming, Inauguration Ushers, Rally Day Volunteers, PTSA members, Berkeley High Development Group, Berkeley Athletic Fund, the PTSA newsletter, the Student Organizer committee, College Handbook committee, the Student Directory Committee, College and Career Center volunteers, WritersRoom coaches, STAR sorters, AP and IB proctors, the hearty crack of dawn Exit Exam registers, those who helped with registration/orientation in August '08, delivered schedule changes and collected no-show slips in September of '08, and those who I forgot . . . Where would Berkeley High be without you? 

I figure the volunteers above represent at least two thirds of the parent, grandparent, beloved aunt, godparent and guardian body . . . .
