[BHS etree] ADMIN: Open House for 9th-12th grade parents and guardians

An alert reader has noticed that the Open House posting which went out
on Thursday sounds as if the event is only for 9-11 grade parents.
Open House is for 9-12 grade parents and guardians. The confusion
arises because at the end I alerted 9-11 grade families that the Open
House mailing also includes information on scheduling.    The complete
posting with updated clarification is below.

Open House is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. Parents and
Guardians will follow an abbreviated version of their student's
schedule. 

In each class, teachers will have 10 minutes to discuss their courses
and answer questions about class content and procedures.  There will
be six minutes of travel time between classes.  Throughout the
evening, parents and guardians will also have a chance to meet with
administrators and counselors, and enjoy coffee, tea, and cookies in
the Food Court. 

Please watch your postal mail for more information on the Open House
night (Grades 9-12!) and on scheduling (for current 9th-11th grade
students).
