The Berkeley High School Safety Committee will be meeting on January
14th from 4:00 to 5:30 PM in the BHS administration building
conference room.  All are invited and encouraged to attend.  A public
comment period will be available for anyone wishing to voice concerns
or ideas to the committee.

The agenda for the meeting will be:

1. Call to order
2. Roll Call
3. Public comment (3 min. each) 30 minutes( if needed)
4. Approval of previous meeting minutes
5. Board comments
6. School safety update (Ramos/ Keys)
7. Items tabled from last meeting
   - Attendance & Truancy (Glenchur/ Mendieta)
   - Physical environment around campus -- Al Wilwright; Manager of
Facilities
   - School Safety Officer coverage, etc.
   - Reporting Incident Pamphlet (Keys)
   - Student on probation process
8. Letter to BPD ( Don and others)
9. Goals and Objectives process
10. Future meetings
11. Good of order
