COMMUNITY OUTREACH PRESENTATION

The Office of Administrative Hearings, otherwise known as OAH, is a
state agency which conducts administrative hearings for a variety of
state and local agencies. Of particular interest to parents and
educators are the dispute resolution services provided by OAH. OAH
provides administrative law judges and mediators to assist in the
resolution of disputes related to services provided to those with
disabilities.

OAH is giving a two-hour presentation which provides an overview of
the OAH process. The presentation is aimed at parents, educational
agencies, regional center employees, and others interested in the
services provided by OAH.
