talented our BHS teachers are.

Berkeley High Art Teachers' Exhibit Downtown: Sept 2 - Oct 17, 2008
Berkeley, California (Wednesday, August 27, 2008) - The Addison Street
Windows Gallery presents art work of Berkeley High School faculty in
an exhibition showing work in a variety of media. The exhibition is
free, wheelchair accessible, and on view 24 hours a day.

Berkeley High School has a number of passionate art teachers in its
Visual Arts Program. All of these teachers have their own creative
practices that require as much discipline and commitment as their
teaching. The studio practice of these artists is an integral part of
their professional development as well as inspiration in the
classroom.
Included in this show are the following Artist/Educators:

* Ray Cagan - Arts and Humanities Academy
* Richard Conn - Berkeley International High School
* Kimberley D'Amato - Berkeley International High School
* Lucinda Daly - Photography
* Sonia Gill - Painting and Drawing
* Maria Kersey - Photography/Ceramics/Berkeley International High
School
* Tamra Kessler - Digital Photo / Art Design and Orientation
* Jaime Knight - Creative Arts/Community Partnerships Academy
* Eric Norberg - Painting and Drawing/Arts and Humanities Academy
* Andrea Sanguine - Ceramics/Arts and Humanities Academy
* Miriam Klein Stahl - Creative Arts/Arts and Humanities Academy
The Addison Street Windows Gallery is a project of the Civic Arts
Program of the City of Berkeley in cooperation with the Civic Arts
