Congratulations to the BHS boys golf team.  Senior John Hasse shot a
73 at Richmond Country Club and won the playoff in one hole with a
birdie against Alameda's number one golfer, to become the ACCAL
individual champion.  He and the rest of his teammates will represent
our league at the North Coast Section South Coast Qualifier on Monday,
May 5th at
Monarch Bay.   Good luck to the boys.

Cheerleading practices are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4-6 in
the Dance Room.  Newcomers are welcome to join.  You must have a
complete athletic packet, including a recent physical, to join the
practices.  A second tryout will be held to place all cheerleaders in
mid-May.  If you want to cheer in 2008, get out to practices and learn
the cheers.  Coaches are Ashley Jenkins and Theresa Whitchurch.  If
you have questions, contact coordinator Nichelle Garner at 776-8194.
