We had a great year selling scrip this year.  Many thanks to all who 
bought scrip - whether you buy every month, once in awhile, or just 
once this year - it all adds up!  We will earn a record $14,500+ this 
year.  We will sell scrip all summer long, so please don't hesitate 
to contact me over summer if you need more.

Currently, we have 85 families who have standing monthly orders.  Of 
these, over a dozen are families who no longer have kids at BHS - 
they just continue to buy scrip because it's so easy!   We'd like to 
add more BHS families to the standing orders list.  SO.....if 
you shop at Berkeley Bowl or Peet's, PLEASE consider using 
scrip.....it doesn't cost you anything!  Berkeley Bowl and Peet's 
discount their scrip when the Development Group buys in bulk.  The 
money we earn comes from these merchants - not from you!  You get 
dollar for dollar what you pay for.

We also sell Solano Avenue Association gift certificates which are 
coupons that can be used at many stores on or near Solano Avenue.
