Free community yoga class for students and staff of BHS! 

The Berkeley High School Health Center in collaboration with Niroga
Institute will be offering a community yoga class for students and
staff to relax and practice wellness together!  

This will be a pilot series that will run for three weeks this year.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.  Students, invite your
teachers!  Teachers, invite your students!

When:   Tuesdays April 24, May 1, May 8 
Time:   3:30 - 4:30 
Place:  Community Theater Stage (A building) 

Mats will be provided.  Please wear clothing you can stretch in!
Space will be limited--so please be on time!
