Hello BHS Family,
This week from the office of student activities....
Seniors:
Cap and gown pre-order discounts are over! Achievers graciously
extended the pre-order discount until the end of this month, but it
is now over. The cap and gown will be regular price, which is
$40.00. Achievers will be back to take orders on Friday, March 9th.
The senior prom will be held at the fabulous Julia Morgan Room in San
Francisco, June 2nd, 2007! If you have any questions, please call or
email.
Graduation is quickly approaching, if you would like to volunteer to
help out, we would love your support!
Juniors:
The junior prom is set for April 21st at the Bayside Pavillion in
Alameda. Directions will be distributed with tickets. Currently
tickets are on sale for $55.00, please send cash or money orders.
Anyone who has written a check should replace the check with cash as
soon as they can.
The juniors are also hosting their second blood drive. If you would
like to donate blood please go to BeAdonor.org to look for donation
restrictions. All students must be at least 17 years of age, also
parents, we would love to see you too!
Sophomores:
Thanks again to all the families who donated money to support the
Sophomore class. We really appreciate it. Currently the students
are in planning mode for their next activity (the ski trip was
canceled), so if you have any suggestions or would like to help,
please contact us.
Freshman:
The MORP is this Friday! MORP is prom backwards and it is a dance
sponsored by the freshman class. If you would like to donate any
lovely snacks, please bring them to D-148 this Friday anytime. The
dance starts at 7:30 and ends at 11:00!
Lastly, the Leadership students will be sponsoring a week of service
at BHS! Look for more information about the week of service to
come... until then,
Much Respect,
Edith Jordan
