Presented by STEPHEN ROSENBAUM, a staff attorney with Protection &
Advocacy's Oakland office, specializing in the educational rights of
students with disabilities, and is the father of a young adult with
disabilities. He also teaches courses in disability rights and mental
health advocacy at UC Berkeley and Stanford law schools.
