[BHS etree] EVENTS: Morrie Turner rescheduled!

Morrie Turner, originally  scheduled to speak at the Berkeley High
Library last Wednesday, February 22, as part of our Black History
Month celebration, will appear next Wednesday, March 8, in the
library at 7:00 P.M.

The author of Wee Pals, the first multiethnic comic strip, as well as
books, Mr. Turner entertains and enthralls.

He graduated from Berkeley High in 1942, and is eagerly looking
forward to coming here.

This event is suitable for entire families, from children to
grandparents, and is open to the entire Berkeley community.
