SAT WORD OF THE DAY: DISSUADE - to talk someone out of doing
something. The idea behind advertising isn't just to get you to buy
a company's product; it's also to dissuade you from purchasing the
competition's.

Volunteers needed for the Berkeley High Career Fair, Thursday, March
9, for the following shifts:
9:30-noon - 4 more volunteers needed
12-2 - 3 volunteers needed
2-4 - 4 volunteers needed
4-6 - 2 volunteers needed
Last year hundreds of students attended the fair to get information
on careers, jobs, training and hear how to write resumes, prepare for
job interviews and "dress for success." We've expanded this year's
fair to include presentations in the theater. It's parents like you
who help make the fair a success. Please e-mail me if you are
available.
