[BHS etree] ADMIN: Absence Clearing Policy Extended

Effective immediately, students will have five days to clear their
absences, beginning with the day that they return to school.
Previously students had just three days, and we're hoping that the
additional two days will give them the time that they need to make
sure that their absences get excused.  

You may call the Attendance Office at 644-6209 any time to leave a
message excusing your child, or send an email to
Charles_Keefe at berkeley.k12.ca.us with the absence information.  You
may also give a written excuse to your child, and he/she can present
it to the Attendance Office before school, at lunch, or after school.

Thank you for supporting us in making sure that Berkeley High
students are in their classes on time everyday.
