This message is intended to provide information on the Student Court
at Berkeley High:

The Student Court is an alternative discipline program.  It allows
students who would otherwise be suspended to appear before a jury of
their peers to decide their consequence (which include jury duty,
community service, a counseling referral, restitution, an essay, or
tutoring).  Students are trained to advocate for and against the
student offender.
