SAVE THE DATE!!  Academic Choice freshman parent dinner, December 7th

Parents and guardians of Academic Choice freshman are invited to a
pot luck gathering Wednesday, December 7th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
This pot luck dinner event has been organized by AC Connections as an
opportunity to meet the teachers and the families of students who are
in the same Freshman Seminar classes as your child. Come share food
and information with other AC freshman parents and guardians, meet
members of the AC Advisory Council, and socialize with your student's
Freshman Seminar teachers. Discuss how your student's freshman year
is going and what lies ahead at Berkeley High.

We hope you will join us at Berkeley High the evening of Wednesday,
December 7th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Each Freshman Seminar class
(English and Social Studies combined) will have a separate room for
their pot luck dinner, so the event will be fairly small and
intimate, and should afford lots of opportunity to meet old friends
and make new ones. We look forward to meeting you. Please note that
this is an adult-only event.  A written reminder will be sent home
with your student next week (after Thanksgiving) with more
information about pot luck locations and suggested contributions.
