1. A BIG THANK YOU from the Parent Center!!
Thanks to all of the BHS parents and community member who helped with
the Katrina Hurricane displaced families. The families affected
really appreciated all of your help and most of all your kindness and
generosity. The Parent Center has assisted the majority of all new
students and their families enrolled at BHS with diginity and
respect. Let us all be mindful that the table is constantly turning
and we don't know when it might stop on us. It is better to be on
the giving end rather than the receiving.

2. "COLLEGE RICH WORKSHOP"
Coming Saturday, October 22, 2005
This is a workshop you don't want to miss. You will learn how to get
your child in great colleges and where to find the money to do it.
Mrs. Barbara Austin, College Coach of College Quest will facilitate
this dynamic 2 hour college funding workshop. Watch for mor details
to come.
