Volunteer help is needed on Friday from noon to 3 p.m. in the front office
at Berkeley High to help answer the many graduation questions which are
inevitable called in at the last minute. If you can possible come in for all
or part of that time, please let Janet Huseby know at jhuseby at pacbell.net.
With luck, an underclassman parent will volunteer as senior parents will be
getting ready for the graduation. Below are a sample of the questions which
will be asked:
Is it still possible to buy tickets?
Ticket sales ended on Thursday p.m.
Where does one catch the shuttle to the Greek Theater?
Bancroft and Milvia
How often does the shuttle leave?
Every 20 minutes starting at 4 p.m. And, yes, it is for families as well as
students and, no, there is no fee.
How long is the ceremony?
Count on at least 2.5 hours.
What if it is raining?
Bring rain gear, the show goes on.
What time does graduation start?
5:30 p.m.
