[BHS etree] SPORTS: Track goes to Bay Shore Qualifiers Saturday

1. The BHS track team had an excellent showing in the ACCAL Track Finals.
The following runners advance to the Bay Shore Area meet this Saturday at
James Logan H.S. in Union City.  Shemil Maxwell-100m; Lindsay Roach -
200m/400m; Sophia Uwadiale - 400m/300 hurdles; Kara Anderson 800m/1600m;
Michelle Miller-Long Jump; Jere Summers - shot put/discus; Kellen
Patterson - 100m/4x1 relay; LaVerne Harbor - 400m/4x1 relay; Marquis Hazel
- 800m; Sebastian Schwelm-1600m/800m; Jeff Griffin-800m; Charlie
Enscoe-3200; William Swift-300m hurdles; Ojo Littlejohn 4x1;  Brian
Holbert-high jumps; Larry Johnson- shot/discus; Antionne Cokes-4x1.  The
top four finishers in the Bay Shore Area meet move on the Meet of
Champions at UC Berkeley on Fri. 5/27 and Sat. 5/28.

2. All Track Athletes:  Turn in your track uniform by Thursday to Coach
Darryl or Coach Humphrey.  Athletes who do not turn in their gear will go
on the athlete debt list and will risk many end of year privileges.
