1. On Tuesday, April 12 at 7 in the morning, Vice Principal Rory Bled will
begin the task of sorting, shuffling and sorting again the 10,000 pieces of
paper needed to implement the STAR test. The job could take from one to two
weeks depending on how many people pitch in. If you could help for one or
two hours anytime during the week except for lunch (ll:30 a.m. to 12:30
p.m.), you would be very appreciated. Please let me know if and when you
can come: jhuseby at pacbell.net
2. A first year Math class (IMP 1) is looking for assistance in the form of
a volunteer math tutor. If you like numbers and young people and are
available any day of the week from 2:15 to 3:15, please consider helping.
Please write, jhuseby at pacbell.net
Thank you very much, dear volunteers. There is no question in my mind, that
a large share of our school's excellence lies in the many hands of its
supporters who give so generously of their time. Janet
