[BHS etree] SPORTS: BHS Track Team Needs Parents to Volunteer to Work the Parking Lot to raise funds for upcoming Invitational Meets

My daughter, Vatora Godwin is a senior and BHS Track member. I am working
with the BHS track team coaches to organize parent volunteers that would
help us raise funds by working the parking lot or donate nutritional snacks
and drinks for the team during all day track meets.

I need help getting the word out to parents of BHS track club. There's
approximatatly 40 students on the team on go to meets and ride the bus every
meet. I need parents to donate any of the following: Bottled water,
gatorade, propel, powerbars, granola bars,  graham crachers. I will purchase
other perisable foods on the day of the meet, like sandwiches and fresh
fruit, ie. strawberries, grapes, pineapples, apples, and carrots and other
veggie snacks and ice if they want to donate money or Safeway Gift cards.

Anyone interested in making a donation or volunteering can contact me. My
info is listed below. Parents can also check the BHS track schedule on line
to get a copy of meet dates and time. My main target are the ALL DAY track
meets.
