[BHS etree] ADMIN: AP test fee change

There has been a change in costs for students taking more than two AP
tests.  Students taking one AP test pay $95; students taking two AP tests
pay $95 for each AP test.  Students taking more than two tests pay $95
each for the first two tests and $82 for each test after the first two.
We will reimburse the appropriate amount to those students who have paid
more.  Some of you may also qualify for fee reductions.  Please see Ms.
Williams in C106 for more information.
