[BHS etree] ADMIN: Dates and info on the Junior Prom and Senior Ball

The Junior Prom is scheduled for Saturday, April 16, 2005 - 8 p.m., at the
Alameda Officer's Club. The Senior Ball is scheduled for Saturday May 21 - 8
p.m. at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco.

There will be a Prom Fair at Berkeley High on  March 10 from 3:15 - 5 p.m.--
Dresses,Tuxedos, Limo's, Florists, Prizes, and other prom needs.

Ticket sales for Junior Prom, begin March 2 - March 4, 2005 - $40.00
				        March 7 - March 10, 2005 - $45.00
				        March 14 - March 18, 2005 - $50.00
				        March 21 - March 25, 2005 - $55.00
				        April 4 - April 15, 2005 - $60.00

Ticket Sales for Senior Ball, begin April 18, 2005 - $55.00 1st week only.

Student Activities Contracts for each BHS Student must be on file prior to
the Prom.  The Student Activities Contract should have been submitted with
the registration forms at the beginning of the year.  Additional forms are
availble in C406 or in the Administration Office.

Students bringing non-BHS guest, must submit a guest contract when
purchasing tickets.  Guest Contracts are available in C406 and in the
Administration Office.

Parents planning to provide Charter/Party Buses for groups to the
Junior/Senior Prom, please obtain and submit a copy of the passenger roster
by the Wednesday before the event.

The Junior Prom and Senior Ball are Formal Affairs.  Under NO circumstances
will guest be allowed to enter in Jeans or Tennis Shoes of any kind,  from
Jordans to Vans. No exceptions to this policy will be made at the door of
either event.

Students who are either under the influence or in possession of
illegal/controlled substances will not be allowed to enter or remain in the
event.  Parents will be notified and required to pick their students up or
make arrangements for their departure immediately.
