[BHS etree] SENIORS: The senior trip 24 hours to Disneyland and back

The senior class officers are planning a very cool senior trip: Disneyland
from midnight to 6 p.m.  The seniors (and chaperones will board buses at BHS
on Thursday, June 2 at 1 p.m.  and be back at school early the next
afternoon.  The luxury buses will travel directly to California
Adventureland where the seniors will have dinner and visit from 9 p.m. to
midnight.  From midnight to 6 in the morning, they and hundreds of other
high school students, will do Disneyland.  In order to make the trip
possible,  one parent chaperone is needed for every 10 students.  Detailed
information is below.  If you are interested in going--as a senior or a
parent chaperone, please contact Danielle Johnson (info above) or Michelle
Sonier (info below).


¨	Thursday, June 2, 2005 – Depart BHS @ 1:00 pm. Return to BHS on Friday
June 3, 2005 between 12:00 pm –2:00 pm.
¨	Total Cost:  $175.00
¨	Cost Includes:  Charter Bus Transportation, California Adventure and
Disneyland Park Admissions, one-park food voucher, snacks and beverages on
the bus.
¨	There are only 200 spaces available for students.  Other family members
cannot attend (no cousins, siblings, friends from other schools – NO
Exceptions!)
¨	We must have 1 adult for every 10 students.  Chaperones must be parents!
¨	Students Must travel with designated transportation provided by
Distinguished Charters.
¨	Admission to the theme parks is not allowed for students who do not sign
up with the Senior Trip.
¨	Payments can only be made by Money Order!
¨	First Deposit Deadline:  Tuesday, March 15th  $65.00, payable to
Distinguished Charters.
¨	Second Deposit Deadline:  Friday, April 15th, $80.00 payable to USA
Student Travel.
¨	Final Deposit Deadline:  (Food Vouchers)
     Friday, May 13th $30.00.  Payee to be determined.
¨	Deposits can be made as early as March 1, 2005.
¨	Refunds will not be made after 2nd deposit deadline.  Deposits must be
made on due dates, as your space will be rendered to students on the waiting
list.
¨	A dress code is enforced by Disneyland.  No school affiliated wear, no
hats, no revealing clothing, no backpacks.
¨	All questions should be forwarded to Danielle Johnson, ASB President.
