[BHS etree] ETREE: full mailboxes

Occasionally, an etree subscriber's mailbox fills up and the messages we
send out bounce back.  After eight days of receiving bounced messages from a
subscriber our system is set up to drop that subscriber.  If you return from
vacation and a find a full mailbox and no etree messages, you may assume you
have been dropped.  To get back on the etree, just follow the directions
below. If you have any problems, please call Janet at 527-1130.
