SENIOR PARENT COLLEGE NIGHT Hear information directly from representatives

SAT/ACT TEST DATES: - Friday, October 29 is the regular registration
deadline for the December 4 SAT I and II tests. Friday, November 5 is the
regular registration deadline for the December 11 ACT test. These are the
last recommended tests for the UC¹s and Cal States.
WRITING COMPETITION Bennington College Young Writers Awards for fiction,
poetry and plays. Entry forms available in the College Center or at
www.bennington.edu under News & Events. Deadline: December 1.
JOB OPENING

SCHOLARSHIPS
*Gates Millenium Scholarship This scholarship covers the cost of
attendance of an undergraduate education. Students are eligible if they are
African American, American Indian, Asian Pacific Islander American or
Hispanic American, are a citizen or permanent resident, have a GPA of 3.3 or
above, have demonstrated leadership abilities and are low income.
Applications are available in the College Center or at www.gmsp.org.
Deadline January 14, 2005.
