Upcoming Price Increase

Dear LMI Member,

We are writing to inform you of adjustments to our pricing, effective 
5/1/25. This is due to rising costs. In many cases your price increase 
will be negligible, i.e., five cents.
We deeply value your loyalty and appreciate your understanding as we 
navigate these changes.

We understand that price increases can be unwelcome news, and we 
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We've seen 
significant increases in our operating costs, including electricity, 
employee benefits, processing fees, hardware costs, upstream Internet – 
basically everything.

We have identified one of our largest costs as credit card processing 
fees. You may continue paying by credit card, but as of 5/1/25, a 3% 
transaction fee will be charged to cover this cost. If you are using EFT 
(Electronic Funds Transfer) to pay, there will be a fifty cent charge 
for using EFT as of 5/1/25. These charges match our costs.

These price adjustments are essential to ensure we can continue 
providing you with the same high-quality products and services you 
expect and deserve.
