2nd Notice: Update to our mail system regarding checking mail w/unencrypted password

Dear LMi Email User,
LMi is implementing an update to our email service which will tighten security for checking emails. If you're receiving
this message, it is because your mailbox was checked in the last week without encryption. Your password and email
contents are being transmitted in the clear. Fixing this requires you to update your email settings in all of your
devices in which they check email thru mail.lmi.net.
We understand that our users get emails similar to this one which are fraudulent, but we assure you this is actually
from LMi.net. Please call us at 510-843-6389 option #4 if you would like to confirm the authenticity of this email. We
will never ask for your password.
To update this, you'll need to navigate to the email server settings in your email program. You need to enable SSL/TLS
for your incoming email server settings. See https://www.lmi.net/support/common/ for more info on email client
configurations.
We'll be implementing this change on 12/1/24. If you don't update your email settings by that date, you'll be unable to
check email after that date. Feel free to call LMi at 510-843-6389 option #4 for tech support regarding updating your
settings.
