Hello folks, it's time to upgrade to fiber Internet. As we told you in
our previous e-mails over the last six months, AT&T will continue to
raise their prices for copper services, and will discontinue the service
altogether in the not too distant future.

On 4/1/23 our cost for your copper-based DSL Internet service will be
increasing which will result in a $5/month increase on your invoice.

Next, in February of 2024, we will have another cost increase that will
result in an increase of a similar or slightly higher amount. We don’t
expect that next increase to exceed $10, but believe that it is likely
to be in the $4-$8 range. We would plan to provide notice of this in
December of this year.

Next, in February of 2025, all xDSL copper loop regulatory obligations
end. At that time, the ILEC (AT&T) has the option to disconnect all
loops, which we consider unlikely, or to give us another cost increase.
We expect the latter, but it is impossible to know at this time what
choice they will make or what the new cost will be if they decide to
continue to offer the loops ongoing.
