On July 17th I will be celebrating my 70th birthday at the Freight in
Berkeley by reuniting Summit -- the band I formed 25 years ago with Zakir
Hussain, Steve Smith, Kai Eckhardt and Fareed Haque. For this special
concert, Selvaganesh Vinayakram, Zakir-bhai's rhythm partner in Shakti will
be joining us to honor Zakir's memory.

At the concert will be releasing a remixed and remastered CD of the
original Summit recording, along with a beautiful Dolby Atmos mix for
streaming.
