We are just days away from finishing up this school year. I know that you
have finals, scholarships, college and vacation on your mind but there are
just a few important things

I want to remind you of.

BHS Diploma Information

Your diploma along with two official and one unofficial transcript will be
mailed to your home address listed in Infinite Campus within three months
of graduation. If you would like your diploma package to be mailed to a
different address from what we have in our system, please provide us with
the alternate mailing address by June 1, 2026 using this form

Please note: The name listed in Infinite Campus will be how the name will
appear on your diploma, so make sure the spelling is correct. Please share
the preferred name here <https://forms.gle/2ZzztvbircvfxCKt6> you would
like to be printed on the graduation program/diploma if it is different
from the name listed on Infinite Campus before June 1, 2026.

If you do not receive your diploma by September 2026, you may need to email
the BHS Registrar, in the event that it was returned or being held due to
debts. For any questions, contact bhsregistrar at berkeley.net.

Final Transcript Request Information

To send a transcript via Parchment simply complete the 2026 BHS Final
Transcript Request Form

. The Registrar’s Office will use the information you input into this form
to send your information to your college via Parchment. This means that you
MUST be accurate about your college(s) on this form. You will NOT need to
physically come to the Registrar's Office at BHS for any of this work.
Please remember that your final transcripts will be sent out as soon as
they are finalized, which may take a few days after finals. If you have any
questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the BHS Registrar
or your assigned counselor.


REMINDER ABOUT TIMING OF TRANSCRIPTS

It is common for colleges to send automatic reminders around July 1st
noting that transcripts have not yet been received. These messages are
often part of standard processing and do not necessarily indicate the
transcript was not sent or that there is a problem. Institutions are
managing transcripts from thousands of students nationwide, and it may take
several days for materials to appear in their systems.


Reminders about Transcripts to University of California and California
State University

You should only send official transcripts to the specific University of
California campus you are admitted to and plan to attend. The deadline for
both freshman and transfer students to submit final, official transcripts
is July 1st for the fall term.

University of California campuses require transcripts to be postmarked or
submitted electronically no later than July 1, with CSU campuses following
similar timelines that extend through mid-July.
