Dear AC Senior Families,


AC Graduation is two weeks away, and we want to make sure you and your
student have everything you need for a great night.


Tuesday, May 26 | The Donahue, Berkeley High School

   -

   4:30 PM — Food trucks, music, and photobooth open for families and guests
   -

   5:30 PM — Seniors must check in (name tag pickup and lineup for ceremony)
   -

   6:00–7:15 PM — Graduation ceremony
   -

   After ceremony — Photobooth open briefly for additional photos


Each graduate may bring up to 6 guests. No tickets required — just show up.
If you need more seats, please email josephsmith at berkeley.net and
mattacarton at berkeley.net to see if we can meet your request.


Payment Needed: Graduation Stoles

Every AC senior will receive their stole during the ceremony, at the moment
their name is read. Seniors must be present to receive their stole. If you
haven't yet paid for your student's stole, there's still time. The cost is $30
per student. Please pay at https://www.bhsdg.com/program-support → "Program
Fee Payment" then "Academic Choice Sash".

   If you're able, consider covering a friend or two. Every contribution
   keeps our promise that no student gets left out!


We cannot wait to celebrate your students. See you May 26th!
