* Goal 5: BHS relationship with the SRO
BHS will collect data on the role of the SRO on the BHS community. This
will include quantitative incident data with qualitative feedback from
students and staff to determine the impact the SRO has on school climate.
School leadership will evaluate current SRO practices in alignment with
school discipline. Additionally, The Safety committee will collect this
data to explore the role of the BHS SRO. Together, there will be
evaluation of the student experience of safety on our school campus and
this data will be used to inform and navigate BHS’ relationship with the
SRO.
